Bob Paul is a career Banker with over 18 years of experience in Banking and Financial Inclusion, 14 of which have been in various leadership roles. Prior to joining BUBL, he worked with Pride Microfinance Ltd as Head of Savings & Ebusiness. He has previously worked with Diamond Trust Bank, Barclays Bank and DFCU Bank in various capacities.

Bob Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Makerere University and a Master’s degree in Management & Information Technology from Ukraine. He is a certified Talent Practitioner and has trained in various banking areas in Leadership, Sales and Strategy in Uganda, Kenya, UK, USA and Israel.
