Irene is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. She holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy & Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Makerere University. She graduated in the Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) from Strathmore University Business School
