Summary

Catherine is a member of the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda with over 17 years’ experience in people and culture, 9 of which are in the banking industry.
Prior to joining the Bank, Catherine worked as an Acting Chief Manager Human Resource Business Partnering at Centenary Bank for 2 years and previously worked as Manager Human Resource Business Partnering for 7 years. She brings on board a wealth of experience from both Banking and Telecommunications sectors, having spent a bigger part of her career at MTN Uganda.

Credentials

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Makerere University among other qualifications.
